Personal training fees:
New members beginning a strength training program receive four training sessions on our Cybex equipment and are encouraged to seek trainer assistance to review and add options as needed.Training in the use of a free weight strengthening program is available also.
Fitness consults can help motivate you to exercise on a consistent basis by helping you develop realistic short-term and long-term goals.Our trainers can also take your measurements, body fat composition and weight to help you track your progress.
Personal training on a one-to-one basis is available for those who wish to have a trainer personally guide and encourage them through a one hour program tailored to meet their specific needs and goals.
An additional fee is charged for this service.
When people experience pain, they often reduce physical activity. This decline in physical activity may cause you to become out of shape and easily fatigued or deconditioned. This cycle can be reversed by beginning regular exercise.
