Strength trainingLevel 1New members beginning a strength training program receive four training sessions on our Cybex equipment and are encouraged to seek trainer assistance to review and add options as needed. Training in the use of a free weight strengthening program is available also.Level 2Fitness consults can help motivate you to exercise on a consistent basis by helping you develop realistic short-term and long-term goals. Our trainers can also take your measurements, body fat composition and weight to help you track your progress.Level 3Personal training on a one-to-one basis is available for those who wish to have a trainer personally guide and encourage them through a one hour program tailored to meet their specific needs and goals.
