As people age they experience different issues and healthcare needs. Sanford Health is proud to offer many patient resources and programs for seniors. We coordinate community resources for seniors and offers programs that range from wellness and health promotion to chronic disease management.
Golden Link
Sanford Health offers a special program to adults over 55. The program focuses on keeping older adults healthy, independent and informed about health related topics.
Membership to the Golden Link is free. To become a member, call the Golden Link coordinator at (701) 323-6011.

Health insurance counseling
Free health insurance counseling is available for older adults.
Safe driving for seniors
The 55-Alive two day defensive driving course is offered through the Golden Link in conjunction with the American Association of Retired Persons. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate which may help you receive a discount through your insurance company. The course is offered on a regular basis for a minimal fee.
Tax counseling
Free tax assistance for people 60 and over is available February through April.
