Worksite Wellness programs
The Sanford Health Occupational Medicine Clinic Worksite Wellness program is a company wellness program geared to educate your employees to make intelligent choices to prevent and reverse disease.
Prevention reduces the high costs of workers compensation, healthcare, absenteeism and lost productivity. As a company, you can experience less sick time and fewer injuries.
Heart disease, diabetes, cancer and stroke are lifestyle-related illnesses that, in many cases, are preventable through education and lifestyle changes.
Program components include:
- WellsourceŽ personal wellness profile (PWP) online
This profile takes into consideration various lifestyle and health factors, including personal/family medical history, nutrition, stress, biometrics and many more measurements of health risk. This information helps people identify strengths and weaknesses in their health behaviors, and empowers them with the knowledge and skills to successfully achieve their health goals.
Individuals complete a 75 question assessment with an option of 30 clinical and fitness test data such as blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, PSA and body fat. Extensive personal, aggregate and administrative summary reports can then be produced.

- Wellness screenings
Cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose and hemoglobin screenings can be scheduled either at your worksite or at the clinic.
- Immunizations
Influenza, hepatitis A and B, MMR, tuberculosis (TB) skin test (other immunizations also available)
- Health fairs
Interactive booths providing learning experiences and information on a range of topics.
