Sanford psychologist joins advisory council
(Bismarck, N.D.)—Mark Doerner, PhD, psychologist at Sanford Seventh & Rosser Clinic, has joined the North Dakota Rural Behavioral Health Network Advisory Council. As a member of the advisory council, Dr. Doerner will advise and consult to the ND RBHN program. The Network also includes governance, finance, organizational development, education and outreach committees.
The ND RBHN was formed to promote access to equitable and quality behavioral health services for rural, frontier and tribal residents of North Dakota regardless of age, gender, race, culture, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion or income. The Network intends to foster change at the state level and improve access to behavioral health services for all citizens of North Dakota and the sovereign nations.
