News releasesDec. 18, 2012printer friendly Sanford Diabetes Center and Wound Care Center are moving(Bismarck, N.D.)—Sanford Diabetes Center and Wound Care Center, currently located within Sanford Medical Center in Bismarck, are moving to Sanford Fifth & Broadway Clinic, 515 E. Broadway Ave., Bismarck. As of Wednesday, Dec. 26, patients will be seen at their new location. The move is being made to enhance patient care. The new space includes two exam rooms, three treatment rooms, one room for ostomy education, two conference rooms for group classes, plus office and teaching spaces. “We have simply outgrown our current space and this will allow us to provide a more comfortable environment for our patients,” said Donna Amundson, a certified diabetes educator and department manager of Sanford Diabetes Center. Renee Small, nurse practitioner and department manager of the Wound Care Center also is pleased to offer this new space to patients. “We are looking forward to a larger treatment space so that we can be even more accessible to our clients in a timely fashion,” said Small. “A larger and more comfortable waiting area will also be an added benefit for our patients.” To learn more about Sanford Diabetes Center and Sanford Wound Care Center, which will soon be located in Sanford Fifth & Broadway Clinic, visit bismarck.sanfordhealth.org.
