News releasesNov. 29, 2012printer friendly Sanford Health hosts free presentation about being healthy during the holidays(Bismarck, N.D.)—Sanford Health’s Jessica Carlson, MD, family medicine; Emily Vasey, Women’s Health Center personal trainer and massage therapist; and Amy Davis, licensed registered dietitian, will present a Doc Talk 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13. They will share simple tips, such as turning decorating into an exercise routine, for staying healthy through the holidays and beyond. Doc Talk is held in the Sanford Seventh & Rosser Clinic, 414 N.
