Sanford Health registered nurse becomes certified

(Bismarck, N.D.)&mdash:Thomas Jorgensen, a registered nurse in Sanford Health’s Intensive Care Unit in Bismarck, successfully completed his critical care nurse certification examination through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.

AACN certification ensures that nursing practices are consistent with established standards of excellence in caring for acutely and critically ill patients and their families.

Jorgensen has been with Sanford Health for two years.
