News releasesOct. 2, 2012printer friendly Sanford Health names Schlinger employer relations director(Bismarck, N.D.)—Damian Schlinger has recently been named employer relations director of the Sanford Health Occupational Medicine Clinic. As employer relations director, Schlinger will be responsible for developing and overseeing a new corporate account management division. He will work with the occupational medicine clinic operations team to ensure that client needs are met, develop an account representative program, ensure care of the 6,100 existing corporate accounts and the 50 new accounts added each month, and identify and present additional occupational medicine services those accounts could utilize. Prior to this position, Schlinger was the manager of the surgical areas at Sanford Medical Center Bismarck. Schlinger has also been manager of the western region of the Sanford Walk-in Clinics headquartered in Bismarck, and was also injury prevention manager at Sanford Health Occupational Medicine Clinic. He has been with Sanford Health for seven years. The western region of Sanford Health Occupational Medicine Clinic, headquartered in Bismarck, N.D., provides one central location for all occupational medicine services. With locations in Bismarck, Dickinson and Minot, the goal of occupational medicine is to develop programs specific to each employer that keeps their workers safe, well and productive.
