Trzpuc receives certification in Guided Care® Nursing

(Bismarck, N.D.)—Jeral Jan Trzpuc, a nurse at Sanford Mandan East Clinic, recently completed the Guided Care® Nurse course and passed her examination leading to the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Certificate in Guided Care® Nursing.

The Guided Care® nurse partners with physicians and others in primary care to provide coordinated, patient-centered, cost-effective care to patients with multiple chronic conditions. To become recognized professionally as a Guided Care® Nurse, a candidate with a nursing degree and a current license must complete an accredited online Guided Care® Nursing course. Upon completion of the course, the nurse is eligible to take an online examination leading to the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Certificate in Guided Care® Nursing.

A nurse with a Certificate in Guided Care® Nursing is immediately ready to work in a practice that adopts the Guided Care® model.
