Welcome to Sanford Health Continuing Care Centers. We offer a broad range of services to meet the individual needs of our residents, including short-term rehabilitative services and long-term skilled care. Our team of medical providers, nurses, dieticians and therapists establish a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the highest practicable potential. It's our goal every day to provide quality care in a comfortable, homelike environment.

Sanford Health prides itself in promoting quality of life and independence to the residents we serve at four continuing care centers: Sanford Health Continuing Care Center off Collins, Mandan; Sanford Health Sunset Drive Continuing Care Center, Mandan; and Sanford Health St. Vincent’s Continuing Care Center, Bismarck, and one independent living center: Sanford Health Marillac Manor, Bismarck.
