Admissions to Sanford Health Continuing Care Centers can be done in a timely and efficient manner to meet the needs of your family member. As part of an integrated health system, we provide a coordinator to help coordinate choices for admissions. The coordinator can help to find a facility that offers proper placement for your family. Our homelike atmosphere lends an assurance that we are committed to providing personal care to enrich the lives of our residents.
Our admissions coordinator is trained to identify payment options. Traditional payment sources include Medicare, long-term care insurance, private pay and Medicaid. He or she will help you to determine a payer source and assist with guidance of financial services that best suit your needs. We also help in identifying what Medicare Part D programs benefit you in drug-related requirements.
