| Instructions: |
Sample must be drawn in pre-chilled tube. Place sample on ice or coolant pack immediatley after drawing. Centrifuge immediately. Transfer plamsa to a plastic vial and refrigerate. Sample must be analyzed within 4 hours of collection.
