Brief summary for Vice President HR Integration & Corp Services - Sioux Falls
Vice President of Human Resources Integration will provide human resource strategy, direction and leadership in the areas of benefits, employee relations, compensation, HRIS and talent acquisition/employment for Corporate Services, D&R and departments with enterprise wide accountability. The VPHRI is also responsible for the integration, standardization, development and implementation of organization wide human resource policies and programs. Bachelorís degree (Masterís preferred) in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field. A minimum of five-ten years of senior leadership experience in Human Resources, preferably in the health care industry required.
