40 hrs/wk, rotating weekends and holidays with one day a during the week. Responsible to prepare and serve nutritious good tasting and eye appealing meals for residents. Takes weekly inventory and assists with the dietary grocery order. Experience in quantity food preparation, prefer institutional cooking experience with ability to prepare modified and therapeutic diets. Should have high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
