Coordinate employer related services & patient or employer phone calls,communications $ activities; all aspects of appointment scheduling; account information; data collection; sending required information to employers and to Workforce Safety & Insurance & other duties as delegated. Schedule appointments for providers as requested. Receive and check-in patients in a courteous and caring manner ensuring good patient relations. Update patient histories & account information at the time a patient is scheduled.Responsible for additional patient testing such as specimen collection, obtaining vital signs, hearing, and vision testing. 40hr/wk
