Employee Crisis Fund
CriteriaExamples of incidents which might qualify for assistance include:
Employees who have completed their probationary period and are regular status are eligible to apply for assistance through the Employee Crisis Fund. At the Review Committee's discretion, up to $1,000 per employee may be granted in a 12-month period provided funds are available.
A committee will review each request to evaluate the level of need based on established criteria. Completed request forms are submitted directly to Human Resources. The Employee Crisis Fund review committee will notify applicants of the results as soon as possible.

Give to the Employee Crisis Fund
The Sanford Health Employee Crisis Fund (ECF) is financial help by employees, for employees in times of need; whether it is a family illness or death, an unexpected travel expense or house fire. By giving to the Employee Crisis Fund, you will enable the Sanford Health Foundation to give assistance to associates in need.
Click here to give online. Simply select "Employee Crisis Fund" from the drop down box. Or, you can mail a check to the Foundation with a note designating you would like your donation placed in the Employee Crisis Fund. Send your check to:
