Protect your family from influenzaSeasonal and H1N1 flu vaccineThe H1N1 (swine flu) virus continues to remain a threat to humans along with seasonal influenza. As such, this year's seasonal influenza vaccinations also carry the H1N1 antigen. It is recommended that everyone 6 months of age and older receives a yearly flu vaccine. Sanford Health offers flu shots and FluMist, a nasal spray vaccine available to healthy, non-pregnant persons ages 2-49.
