Sanford Employee Assistance Program

At any given time, 20 percent of the workforce have personal problems that impact their job. It may be work-related stress or personal trouble. That's when to seek assistance from the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

The Sanford EAP operated on an internal basis for 15 years allowing the program to develop a strong foundation. Beginning in 1988, the EAP offered its services to external agencies throughout North Dakota. At present it is utilized by more than 300 businesses in the private sector plus several North Dakota state government agencies.

The Sanford EAP is a support service designed to identify and resolve problems to keep employees and family members at their best. Our mission is to optimize personal and professional wellness and productivity through identifying and resolving life's concerns today.

The Sanford EAP program covers employees, spouses and dependent children of all covered businesses.
