Doc Talk is a free community education series Sanford offers in both Bismarck and Dickinson. The series features one or more of Sanford's medical experts speaking on a topic within their realm of expertise. The talk is followed by a question and answer time for the audience.

Some risk factors for high blood pressure, such as age and family history, are impossible to avoid. However, there are many risk factors that can be avoided with lifestyle changes.
