Parking

Parking is available in the 6th & Broadway parking ramp, which is connected to Sanford Fifth & Broadway Clinic. Limited street parking is also available in front of the clinic.

When you arrive

Please come to your appointment at Sanford Fifth & Broadway Clinic 10 minutes early.

Current patients: Bring your blood sugar book. If you can’t bring this for whatever reason, please bring your glucose meter. Also, come with a current list of or a bag containing your prescribed medications and any over the counter drugs you take regularly.

New patients: Bring your glucose meter as well as a current list of or bag containing your prescribed medications and any over the counter drugs you take regularly.
