These forms and handouts can help you as you begin the process of raising funds for this amazing cause. More materials will be available in captains’ packets. These packets can be picked up in a few weeks at the Sanford Women’s Health Center, 1100 College Drive, Bismarck. A notice will be posted on this page and sent out in an email to all team captains once the packets are available.
