The Sanford Great American Bike Race (GABR) is an annual fundraising event created to help patients with cerebral palsy and related disabilities and their families purchase adaptive equipment and services.

A family who has a child with even a mild form of cerebral palsy has many expenses above and beyond what their insurance will cover. In 2012, GABR donations funded:
