First aid
The Basic first aid program is a course intended to educate the layperson about recognition and basic stabilization of various traumatic injuries such as falls, extermity injuries, shock and medical emergencies such as diabetic complications, seizures and allergic reactions prior to involvement by professional rescuers.
Intended
audience:
Lay rescuers with a duty to respond, daycare providers, foster parents, or other lay rescuers who may need to respond to an emergency.
